Querido Familia,
Already we are halfway
through the transfer, time is flying by very quickly. This week we´ve
worked a lot with our friend Deibi here, he´s the bloke on my left in
the first picture. He´s a new convert of two or three months and this
past sunday he blessed the sacrement for the first time. He was super
nervous but he did great. He´s still very new in the church but he has a
strong testimony and takes the gospel very seriously. The other chap is
Alberto, a new convert too.
We had a cool experience
this week. We went to contact a reference of Deibi´s this week and she
wasn´t there, But, there is a colmado(little store) right next to her
house and Elder Diaz engaged the owner in conversation. We shared a part
of the restoration with him, he told us that he´s been wanting to meet
with missionaries for a while now and is very interested. We are meeting
with him and his wife later this week. The Lord is preparing the people
here to recieve the gospel, we just need to find them!
